Josh has nearly two decades of finance, investing, and government experience. Since 2020, Josh has served as Managing Partner of GMM.
In addition to his work at GMM, Josh has been a Senior Advisor to the Warburg Pincus Capital Solutions group and to Atairos, a growth-focused strategic investment company. Josh was a co-founder of LucyRx, where he has served as a board member and board observer. He is also a board observer for Expion Health and board member at Priority People Companies. From 2020-2022, Josh was a co-founder, CFO, and then CEO of Healthcare Services Acquisition Corp (ticker: HCAR), a $331 million SPAC. From 2012-2020, Josh was a Managing Director at Caspian Capital, a fund focused on opportunistic, stressed, and distressed credit. Prior to Caspian, Josh was a credit analyst at Bain Capital Credit, covering healthcare and then special situations. During his time in the public sector, Josh was a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives and a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Treasury Department during the Financial Crisis.
Josh is a graduate of Emory University and has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
